1	The course will be laid out in the course diagram.

2	Craft are to sail on the outside of the course.

3	Competitors will be timed to 0.01 second over one lap of the course. The competitor will be told the time and, based on this time, will then state to the judges the time it is intended to complete the next lap, I.e. +, - or = to the time of the first.

4	The difference between the two times is the score, the lowest score or time difference being the winner.
