1	The model must be a semi-scratch e.g. Commercial hull & scratch built superstructure etc.;

2	Any modifications may declared on the entry sheet.  Any enhancements to the model will be awarded extra points;

3	The model must have been assembled by the entrant;

4	Judging will be carried out in accordance with the Exact Scale Semi-kit judging sheet and marks awarded accordingly;

5	The model will be judged on the table only;

6	Entrants knowingly making false declarations will be disqualified;

7	There will be two or more judges;

8	The judges will, as far as possible, be independent I.e. Not Federation members or members of the participating clubs;

9	A model that has won 1st place in this competition before may not enter this class again.
