The entrant must be the owner and builder of the model;
|

The model must be modelled on a prototype or actual craft;
|
|
3
|
Any parts fitted to the model that were not made by the builder are to be declared on the judging sheet (internals of the model are excluded);

|
The model will NOT require to be sailed;
|
|
5
|
Where G.R.P. or plastic are used for hull and/or superstructure, proof may be required that the builder manufactured the mould or plug;
|
|

|
Judging will be carried out in accordance with the Exact Scale Judging Sheet and marks awarded accordingly;
|
|
7
|
Entrants knowingly making false declarations will be disqualified;
|
|
8
|
There will be two or more judges;
|
|
9
|
The judges will, as far as possible, be independent I.e. Not Federation members or members of the participating clubs;
|
|
10
|
A model entered in this class may not be entered in the stand-
|
|
11
|
A model that has won 1st place in this competition before may not enter this class again.
