This meeting is to be held on the Sunday 28th February   and you should make sure to put it into your (new) diary.  

This is an important meeting that enables the Committee to report to affiliated Clubs and their members on Federation matters for the past year.  It is of course your opportunity to have your say in the way in which the Federation operates and, in particular,  to influence planning for the year to come.

 

I would remind Clubs that, should they wish to have any issue discussed or should they wish to table a motion for discussion and voting at the AGM, then they must have submitted these items in writing to the Federation Secretary before now.  

 

The Events Programme for 2010 will be discussed and agreed at this meeting.  

This is entirely down to individual Clubs - do remember that the programme posted on this site contains Clubs only events as well as Open and Federation events so get posting. My thanks for all the dates posted on the provisional programme so far.
